Introducing Ronald ‘Slim’ Williams The Secret Godfather Of Cash Money
I wanted to do a quick bio on Ronald ‘Slim’ Williams because I’m truly fascinated with the power from behind the scenes within the business world. Those are the people who really make things happen within the world of the wealthy and powerful. Ronald Slim Williams is a man of few words, but holds a “Big Stick” within the “Cash Money Empire. He’s a man of his word and enters action with pure bold confidence, and power.
Along with his younger brother Bryan “Birdman” Williams, Slim co-founded the Cash Money Records Empire in the early 1990s and has now became the home of some of the biggest names in hip- hop. He serves as Co-CEO and he the executive producer for many of Cash Money artists’ albums, most especially Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj, wherein he appeared in Wayne’s Behind the Music episode, which premiered September 10, 2009.
He is the Quiet Mogul from “Behind The Scenes”, Who shuns the lime light, interviews and public exposure. He once said in an interview: “I Don’t Talk Too Much” and would love people to respect his privacy. His brother and co-owner of “Cash Money Records” does all the public outings and industry socializing. Which works for Slim because he doesn’t want to be out there like that, he just wants to handle the business from the “Shadows”.
“I’m like electricity,” he said. “You can’t see it, but you know when you stick your hand in the socket.” Ronald ‘Slim’ Williams
