Gary Vaynerchuk was born on November 14, 1975(Scorpio) in “Belarusian Russian”: is a powerful Belarusian American entrepreneur, motivational speaker, author, master speaker and internet magnate. He is first known as a wine critic who grew his family’s wine business from $3 million to $60 million within 15 years, Vaynerchuk is best known for his work in digital marketing, video content and social media, leading New York-based companies VaynerMedia and VaynerX. Gary is very motivated to be admired and respected. He said in many interviews that he doesn’t depend on his IQ, but his “Emotional Intelligence”.
Building A Powerful Wine Library
After graduating from college in 1998, Vaynerchuk assumed day-to-day control of his father’s Springfield, New Jersey store, Shopper’s Discount Liquors. Gary renamed the store to Wine Library, launched sales online and in 2006 started Wine Library TV, a daily webcast covering wine.
Vaynerchuk launched Wine Library TV, a bare-bones web video series in which Vaynerchuk tasted and discussed wines, spitting into a New York Jets bucket. (He is a diehard fan and talks often about his ultimate goal of buying the team.) With a shaky camera and casual feel, its sole attraction was Vaynerchuk, hamming it up, blurting non-sequiturs and gesticulating wildly.

Starting VaynerMedia
In 2009, Gary, along with his brother AJ Vaynerchuk, founded VaynerMedia, a social media-focused digital agency. He is definitely building a powerful family dynasty. The company provides social media and strategy services to Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric, Anheuser-Busch, Mondelez and PepsiCo. In 2015, VaynerMedia was named one of AdAge’s A-List agencies. With 600 employees in 2016, VaynerMedia grossed $100 million in revenue.
The company also partnered with Vimeo to connect brands and filmmakers for digital content. He is optimistic about Virtual Reality, Video Content and Artificial Intelligence being the wave of the future. He is happily married with 2 children.
